The first instance of the annual Seoul Record Fair took place at Platoon Kunsthalle in November 2011. The event has been expanding with every year since at the same location and this year it is set to take place as a 2 day affair between June 28-29.
Last year’s record fair saw success with vinyl re-issues of albums from Broccoli, you too? (1/10 EP), eAeon (Guilt-Free), Joe Won Sun (Swallow), Lee Sang Eun (Gongmudohaga), Misuni (Drifting) and Seoul Electric Band (Life is Strange). The Seoul Record Fair of 2014 will see more vinyl re-issues and the first three titles were announced a couple of days ago.
