The regional winners of SUTASI (that I regret to have totally forgotten about for the past few months) were announced yesterday and both Korean bands making it to the regional finals – traditional Korean fusion triplets Infinity of Sound (IS) and female fronted rock trio Biuret – have also made it to the Grand Final!
Quoting the official site “SUTASI is the search for new, up and coming, contemporary Asian music talent.” Split into three regions – Northeast, Southeast, and South Asia – in the finals the winners from all regions will meet. The Pan Asian winner will get to, among other things record an album in New York and/or Los Angeles with global marketing and promotion on top. Go here to learn how you can vote to affect the outcome.
