Via fellow MAP member Eardrums I found out about Merci Magazine. The first number of this new Japanese magazine/cd bundle release from abcdefg*record will be out on June 24, limited to 500 copies. How does this pertain to Korean music then? Well, it doesn’t – not yet anyway. The CD that comes with the magazine is a “World wide indiepop Compilation CD” and it seems like they actually want music from every country of the world to be featured on those CDs eventually. So if you (or your friends) make music that fits the profile, why not send a demo to the address at the abcdefg*record MySpace and see what happens?
