Weekly Review Roundup, week 31

Some reviews I came across last week:

Okkyung Lee & Phil Minton – Anicca
In May 2009 cellist and noise artist Okkyung Lee met with free-improvisation vocalist Phil Minton to record together in a studio for the first time. In May 2011 Dancing Wayang put out a vinyl LP called Anicca, limited to 350 copies – the 100 first also coming with a 3″ CD-R with a bonus track. The Liminal included it for it’s own The Uranus Music Prize 2011 and All About Jazz recently called it “a stunning achievement”: Okkyung Lee & Phil Minton: Anicca (2011).
