The extraordinary Nakion has been signed by French label Tigersushi and released a 12″ vinyl called Heartbit EP a few days ago. Two of the three EP tracks, Osaka Tom and parts of the Joakim remix of Deus Ex Machina, can both be sampled through MySpace.

Osaka Tom and Heartbit were both previously featured on her 2CD album Leisurist, which shows plenty of sides to her eccentric mix of electronica. Although not all that present in these particular songs, I love it when she gets those italo beats going and would recommend her music to anyone looking for some intriguing electronic music.
